Refurbishment and fit out of a 25,000 sq/ft Victorian property including central four floor fully glazed extension.
We had the pleasure of working on the refurbishment of this 25,000 sq/ft Victorian property in Settles Street, Whitechapel for Thirdway Contracts. The works included a new fully glazed four floor extension to the centre of the property. We were contracted to provide a full design and build package for the electrical and associated services. As part of our works a whole new mains electrical infrastructure was required as well as new exposed services consisting of suspended feature lighting systems and galvanised conduits and containment systems.

I first visited this site back in 2018 when we were working hard to develop the electrical design and lighting features with the Thirdway team. To see it now in 2020, complete and looking so great is something we are all very proud of, I know our installation team loved working on this project.
