The 12 Arthur Street project took place over a 20 week construction programme and consisted of the open office fit out of 8 floors of contemporary workspace to Cat A including new LED lighting throughout core areas including toilets, shower rooms, locker rooms, lift lobbies, basement bike stores and staircases.
