The project completed in March 2020 following a 20 week construction period. The 40,000 sqft project comprised the fit out of levels 7 through to 11 (located above the hotel guestrooms floors) of co-working offices, private offices and meeting rooms. Together with the fit out of a cafe, bar and winter garden on level 12 and also a reception area on the ground floor.
The design saw the building stripped back exposing the M&E services and brickwork, our works included the installation of surface and suspended LED architectural lighting systems, exposed galvanised steel cable tray and conduits. As well as this we installed exposed fire alarm systems as well as extensive access control systems throughout.
