Earlier this year we had the pleasure of working on the refurbishment of a 25,000 sq ft Victorian property in Settles Street, Whitechapel for Thirdway Contracts. The works included a new four floor extension to the rear of the property.

As part of the works we installed all new electrical infrastructure and finished services to CAT A with surface steel conduit and containment systems as well as suspended lighting systems throughout.

Our contract works also included new mains incoming services and distribution, new fire alarm and security systems and also solar photovoltaic panels to the roof.
