Our electrical works included, new electrical distribution, a new communications cabinet, cat 6 installation throughout and LED lighting including dimmable sales lighting track and linear/spot lighting. Power supply’s to all new mechanical equipment, new CCTV, intruder alarm and access control plus a new fire alarm system.

Our mechanical works included the installation of new Daikin air conditioning systems to provide heating and cooling to the new sales floor. Heat recovery ventilation and dedicated extract systems afforded to the BOH Areas. Systems linked to PIR for occupancy control and limit usage. Pumped drainage units c/w charcovent and high level alarms to bakery, restbite and coffee machines. Point of use water heaters installed by our G3 approved plumbers. All hot & cold water services pipework finished in White Isogenopak. HVAC and plumbing systems have been tested and commissioned accordingly with witnessing and demonstrations provided to our client.
