Earlier this year we were appointed by OD Interiors to carry out the electrical installation relating to the CAT B fit out of 3 floors of workspace at Dering Street, Mayfair.
The project completed end of August 2020 following a 18 week fit out programme. The project comprised the fit out of levels 2, 3 and 4 of office workspace, private offices and meeting rooms plus kitchens and break out areas.
The design saw the building stripped back exposing the M&E services and brickwork, our works included the installation of exposed galvanised steel cable tray and conduits. Surface, recessed and suspended LED architectural lighting systems, emergency lighting as well as galvanised finished power systems and desk mounted power outlets.
